However, Please note all pertaining policies before placing custom orders, purchasing items and/or hiring for special services, I.e. Party Planning.Assistance, Command Related Functions/Fundraiser's, Business related services, Classes, etc.
By placing your order, you agree in whole all pertaining policies.

Payment:
As of now Creative Creations is only accepting Cash and Paypal payments. If you plan to pay via PayPal, please note you are responsible for the Paypal service charge of 3%. If you choose to pay via Paypal, Please wait for an e-mail invoice before sending payment.
In rare circumstance where a personal check is accepted you the customer will be responsible for all fees if your check is denied/bounced.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all custom orders & Special Services.

Please note that in certain special services, you will be required to pay the estimated total/balance in full prior to starting or production. This is determined by each individual custom order & may not pertain to every custom order(s).
Special Service Fee
Special Services require time and planning. you will be charged for that time at a cost disclosed and determined by CCMB. This cost will not be refundable in whole or part if canceled. It is also not reflected in the non-refundable 50% deposit of supplies.
Pay-Up-Front Policy
If your order consists of special items purchased just for your occasion (Bulk Items/Large Quantities {20+}) that are custom to your needs (Baskets, toys, novelty items, personalized items) via Online or Locally, you will be responsible for the payment of those items prior to production. You will be notified of the totals, including tax & shipping if any, via E-mail. These costs will not be refunded to you if you decide to cancel any or part of your order unless these items are viewed suitable for re-sale which will be determined by the CCBM associates, you will be notified via e-mail within 10 days of cancellation. In certain cases (reoccurring clients or verbal agreements) CCBM will purchase items needed from wholesale/bulk and charge the client as needed without the required Pay-Up-Front Policy.
Cancellations
Creative Creations reserves the right to cancel orders at anytime. We will do our best to contact you via e-mail and phone. Any cancellations made by Creative Creations will disregard the 50%deposit and it will be refunded back to the client along with any other payments made on record.
Custom Orders:
You have 24 hours from time of order placed to cancel with-out penalty. If done after 24 hours, your 50% deposit cannot be refunded due to use of materials and supplies.
Classes:
Cost of class includes all needed supplies. Customer Cancellations require 3 days notice for full refund/Less than 3 days notice will receive a partial refund of 50%.cancellations made by CCBM will refund 100% and reserves the right to cancel classes up until scheduled class start time, Customers will be notified of any changes/cancellations by phone or email. Minors must be accompanied by parent unless previously arranged with CCBM.
Changes to Order:
Changes may be made to your order if given adequate time before production. Please note that certain changes may increase or decrease your price.
Changes made mid-Production will be honored to only those items not completed within your order. If you would like to change your order/ items completely, you will be responsible for the costs of any supplies already cut, as well as the supplies needed for the new items. Changes regarding information (date, time facilities, etc.) will be changed as best as possible i.e. Covered with new info. If you would like to have the items "redone completely" you will be responsible for all materials unsalvageable. When submitting info double check it as it it COPY & PASTED word for word, as is.
Refunds/Returns:
All custom handmade items are non-refundable, all sales are final upon pick up of items & only special circumstances will have opportunities for any changes.
Specialty Gifts may be returned with good reason if unopened and in good 're-selling' condition, However you will only be refunded 2/3rds of the cost amount.

All Images are copyright of CCBM and may not be used for commercial or personal use.
Every creation seen here are Custom Made and/or Handmade By Creative Creations and may NOT be replicated in anyway for any other business or personal use.
Images & Design of Custom Items are solely use for Creative Creations. These Custom Designs may NOT be replicated in any quantity at anytime for anyone other than CCBM. Including Logo's & other images owned by the client in which the item(s) were custom created for.
Please remember, products are Handmade/Hand-Cut, slight imperfections may be present and/or slight changes may differ from one to another. Creative Creations does its ABSOLUTE Best to deliver only quality products to satisfy your needs. We reserve the right to make certain/minor changes if need be and/or if it will improve the look/function of your order. Most times we will try to contact you first- if unreachable within 24hours, we proceed production, however we do reserve the right to do so with out notice.
***Conditions of Use:
Products may contain small parts and may not suitable for small and young children. Please do not leave children unattended with these items as they could pose a potential choking hazard.
*NOTE: Creative Creations assumes no responsibility for any type of accident(s) and/or death.
Your Safety:
To ensure your safety and the safety of your guests/recipients, ALL Food & Candy Items are all purchased at the base or local grocery store- brand new, nothing is handmade. Safe food handling is practiced while packaging your items.
Personal Care Items, i.e. Baby Bath Wash, Lotions and Soaps of all types, Baby Powder, Diapers, etc. are also all purchased Brand New, Creative Creations checks to make sure all seals if any are intact and/or that items are in fact unused and new before purchasing from retailers, HOWEVER, If any seals seem tampered or safety concerns arise after receiving from any third parties not associated with Creative Creations (i.e. The Gift Giver, Any Gift Shops, The Post Office (when purchasing through web-store) and Etc.) – please handle your complaints to either the local store where purchased or to the distributor of product (Johnsons Brand, Bath & Body Works, etc.) OR discard of product completely to ensure you’re own/your recipients safety. Once it physically leaves our hands, we no longer assume responsibility for safety concerns that may arise or occur.
Not only are most of our items wrapped nicely in cellophane for packaging, but it also serves to prevent any tampering.

***Gift Certificates:
- Gift Certificates expire 6 months after issue date. No extensions are issued beyond that date.
- Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned/refunded after purchase.
- Gift Certificates are Non-Transferable.
- Must be presented at time of purchase and/or placing orders.
- No Credit or Change will be given on any unused portion of certificate.
- Not replaceable if lost, destroyed, stolen or expired, and void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced.
